THE REPRODUCTIVE SYSTEM

All living things reproduce. (Todos os seres vivos se reproducen)

Men and women have got different reproductive systems. (Os homes e as mulleres teñen diferentes aparatos reproductores)

The female reproductive system produces ovules. (O aparato reproductor feminino produce óvulos)

The male reproductive system produces sperm. (O aparato reproductor masculino produce espermatozoides)


STAGES OF REPRODUCTION

Human reproduction has got three stages: fertilization, pregnancy and birth. (A reproducción ten tres etapas: fecundación, embarazo e parto)

Fertilization: The joining of a sperm and an ovule. (A unión de un espermatozoide e un óvulo)

Pregnancy: Having a baby inside the mum for 9 months (Ter un bebé dentro da nai durante 9 meses)

Birth: The act of being born (O acto de nacer)
